1. Where do I unsubscribe my membership?
If you would like to cancel this subscription, log in to your PayPal account and go to the "History" subtab of the "My Account" tab. Choose "Subscriptions" from the pull-down "Show" menu and press the "Submit" button. Choose this subscription, and click on its "Details" link. You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your subscription. Cancelling your subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this subscription.

2. What type of subscription do you provide?
Our system provides one month basis subscription upon your choice. That means, your subscription will renew after every 30 days automatically until you cancel.

3. What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription any time. After termination of your subscription, you still will be able to access to our system until your billing period ends.

4. What will be shown in my Credit Card or Bank Statement after a purchase?
As a paypal subscriber, you will see NATOKONLINE BILLING in your monthly statement of your Credit Card or Bank Statement.

5. Is there any way you payback your customers?
We are sorry, but once the transaction is made, the bill is non refundable under any circumstances according to the TOS of Paypal non-tangable items.

6. Can I share my access info with my friends - relatives?
NO, we do not allow to share your access info with your friends. We keep a daily record of the access log. If we find multiple ISPs we suspend the account.

7. How fast can I download, do you support resume download?
BanglaRanna.com does not support download of any of its content. Only online view is possible.

8. How frequent do you update your contents?
Every week new ranna recipes are uploaded. As soon as they are broadcasted in the channels they are available here within few hour.

9. Do you sell the contents of your site - Cooking Learning CD or do you provide Food Service?
NatokOnline dot Com is a "NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION" dedicated to the Bangladeshi People living outside Bangladesh (NRBs). The membership fee is charged only to meet the expences of the Server Maintanace, Bandwidth and to protect the misusage of the server resources. BanglaRanna.com is a part of Natokonline.com. We do not sell or ship any contents. We do not provide Food Service also.

10. Why do I see you site's logo in the video files?
The logo is there to protect our contents from publishing in other websites. We will change the technique to put the logos time to time for this reason.
As we have already mensioned, we are not sell, we reserve the right to put logos anywhere in the video files to protect it. The subscription fee is only to help us a little bit to keep the server running and also will prevent us from the misusage of the bandwidth and the server resources.

11. I can not play the movie, what should I do?
Our Videos are converted with flv compression. If you download and install FLV plugins for your browser, you will be able to watch it online. Get the Flash Player to watch online cooking recipes.
